Create a Campaign
Configure products, rules or AI screening, daily capacity, and first-touch messages while reading the funnel separately from BD ownership.
#A Campaign is an executable outreach goal
An Affiliate Campaign combines the product, offer, target Creators, daily pace, and opening message. The Agent uses those boundaries to find and evaluate Creators, while the Campaign records invitations, responses, and downstream outcomes.
Before beginning, confirm that Affiliate is enabled for the Shop, the product is linked to Product Knowledge, and the team has configured Approval Policies.
A Campaign does not create BD ownership. Sending a Target Collaboration invitation or opening message is global, one-way outreach from the seller account. It does not assign the Creator to the person who created the Campaign or sent the invitation. The system selects one responsible BD under the Team & Channels assignment rules only after the Creator sends an inbound message or submits a Sample Application.
#1. Begin in the Campaign directory
Open Affiliate → Campaigns. The directory separates Active, Paused, and Completed Campaigns and summarizes daily goals and funnel progress.
APP CAPTUREThe English light-theme Campaign directory with status, daily target, and funnel results.
Select Create Campaign to open a four-step wizard. Every step changes how automation operates, so have a business owner review the complete draft before launch.
#2. Step one: Shop, Product, and Offer
Choose the Shop and Product, then enter concrete terms such as commission, collaboration period, and seller contact email. These fields form the Agent’s external authority boundary; do not enter a commission or benefit that has not been approved.
Automatic Sample approval is a separate choice. When enabled, qualifying applications may proceed without case-by-case review. Keep manual review on for the first run until selection and cost standards are stable.
#3. Step two: Targeting and filters
Set the daily target and platform-verifiable Creator criteria. Filters are hard constraints: only candidates that satisfy them can continue through evaluation.
The AI can also generate groups of English search phrases to discover Creators from different content angles. Each group should express a specific theme such as use case, audience, or content style. Review generated phrases so discovery remains aligned with the real product position.
Soft guidance tells the Agent what to prefer. Hard filters decide who is eligible. Do not use prose guidance as a substitute for a market, category, or performance requirement that must always hold.
#Choose Marketplace rules or AI mode
The Campaign also needs one qualification strategy:
- Marketplace rules: TikTok returns Creators under the published audience, sales, content, Affiliate, and market filters. The system preserves Marketplace result order and does not call the pre-screening model. This fits a new operation or a team that wants qualification to follow explicit rules only.
- AI mode: after platform and local hard boundaries, a pre-screening model trained from this seller's historical Sample decisions prioritizes Creators the team is more likely to approve for Samples. It usually reduces the reachable count while raising average candidate quality, which is useful when daily outreach opportunities are limited.
AI mode becomes available only after the Shop has accumulated enough Sample decisions; the page shows its current availability. Passing pre-screening means only that the Creator is worth a first invitation. It does not promise later Sample approval or sales.
#4. Step three: Opening outreach
Choose collaboration invitation with a direct message, or collaboration-only. For a direct message, let AI prepare a draft or write one directly.
APP CAPTUREThe English light-theme Campaign wizard showing Product, Targeting, Message, and Confirmation steps.
The opening should explain why this Creator is relevant, how the product fits their content, and the next step. Available variables insert the Creator, Product, and Shop names. Never turn an unverified sales result, inventory level, or outcome into a promise.
After sending the invitation, use the Campaign funnel to monitor outreach. Do not treat an invited Creator as an existing Creator of any BD. Once the Creator replies or applies for a Sample, open Creator assignments to see the actual owner.
#5. Step four: Confirm authority and launch
Review the summary carefully:
- correct Product and Shop;
- approved commission, Sample terms, and collaboration period;
- a daily target below the Shop-level outreach ceiling;
- precise qualification criteria;
- an opening message that matches brand voice;
- the intended Sample approval mode.
The daily target is an operating goal, not an official TikTok quota. Messages advance only during the Shop’s local delivery window, and actual volume also depends on candidate quality, platform limits, throttling, and safeguards.
#6. Read Campaign detail
Open a Campaign to see today’s progress, lifetime results, and the funnel from candidate evaluation through invitation, response, and later outcomes.
APP CAPTUREThe English light-theme Campaign detail with today’s progress, lifetime results, and funnel.
If the daily goal is missed, inspect rejection counts and reasons at each stage. When many candidates fail qualification, revise the target or discovery direction before simply increasing volume.
The funnel separates the real execution stages:
- Creators scanned: candidates returned by the current search.
- Excluded before screening: duplicates, protected Creators, outreach-policy limits, and other candidates that do not need qualification.
- Entered evaluation / Passed screening: Creators actually evaluated and those that passed.
- Scheduled / Sent: invitations placed into the delivery plan and accepted by the platform.
- Delivery failed: invitations attempted but not completed by the platform or delivery route.
“Filtered by screening” is not a failed invitation. Pass rate is passed ÷ (passed + filtered). Pending decisions and technical errors are not counted as rejections.
In AI mode, the funnel further separates explicit model rejection from other qualification conditions. Only a rejection actually returned by the pre-screening model counts as “AI model filtered out”; duplicates, protected Creators, pending decisions, technical errors, and delivery failures do not. The breakdown uses each Creator's latest decision for the current Shop day rather than adding every evaluation attempt. Marketplace-rules mode does not run the pre-screening model, so its AI-filtered count is zero.
Continue down the page to review AI-generated Search Plans and the Creator Decision Ledger. Search Plans explain the angles used to discover candidates; the ledger explains why a candidate entered or left the workflow.

#7. Adjust or finish a Campaign
- Pause: stop new progress temporarily while preserving data and context.
- Reopen: continue after correcting the Product, target, or team capacity.
- Edit: change settings that remain editable.
- Copy as draft: reuse the structure for another Product or market.
- Archive: remove a Campaign from day-to-day views once it will not be used again.
After a material change to targeting or benefits, review Product Knowledge and Approval Policies again. The Campaign defines what to do, Product Knowledge defines which facts are valid, and policy defines where a person must intervene.
#Recommended daily check
- Compare today’s target with actual progress.
- Inspect rejection reasons that dominate the funnel.
- Separate pre-screening exclusion, qualification rejection, and delivery failure, then sample Search Plans and Creator decisions for alignment.
- Use Agent and Manual Workbenches for policy review, Agent Escalations, Sample Applications, and Creator messages.
- Increase the daily target only after match quality and review outcomes are stable.
