Rivon LLC operates TK Copilot, a desktop and cloud-supported seller automation product for e-commerce workflows, including TikTok Shop customer service, store operations, and related seller support. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use TK Copilot or interact with our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use TK Copilot, we may process:

• Account information, such as name, email address, company name, subscription status, and support communications.
• When you use Google Sign-In, the stable Google account identifier, verified email address, and profile name provided in the Google ID token.
• Authentication and authorization information required to connect seller platforms, such as OAuth tokens or channel tokens.
• Seller-provided shop configuration, operating rules, product context, support policies, and automation settings.
• Operational data needed to perform authorized workflows, such as buyer messages, order context, logistics status, product information, and after-sales context from connected platforms.
• Device, runtime, log, and diagnostic information needed for security, reliability, fraud prevention, debugging, and service improvement.
• Optional telemetry, when enabled, such as app lifecycle events, feature usage, and error reports. We do not intentionally collect personal information, conversation content, API keys, or credentials through telemetry.
• Website analytics information, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with our website.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate TK Copilot seller automation features.
• Authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and enforce access controls.
• Connect authorized shops, retrieve shop context, and perform seller-requested workflows.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and debug service issues.
• Improve product reliability and user experience.
• Comply with legal, contractual, and platform obligations.

4. Local-First Storage and Security

TK Copilot is designed to keep operational data local where possible. Sensitive credentials are stored using OS-native secure storage, such as macOS Keychain or Windows DPAPI where available. Session snapshots are encrypted when stored. Access to files, tools, and seller platform data is constrained by least-privilege controls and scoped to the authorized shop, account, channel, or conversation.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate TK Copilot, such as hosting, authentication, payment, logging, analytics, support, and security providers. These providers are required to process information only for authorized purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to comply with platform requirements.

6. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides TK Copilot with a signed ID token containing a stable Google account identifier, your verified email address, and your profile name. We verify that token on our server and use it only to create, locate, or securely link your TK Copilot account. We retain the Google account identifier, the email address present when the identity was linked, and the last login time as part of the account association.

We do not store the Google ID token, Google access tokens, Google refresh tokens, or your Google password. Google Sign-In does not give TK Copilot access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services. Google processes the sign-in interaction under theGoogle Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of the Google identity association and related TK Copilot account data by contacting us.

7. International Processing

Rivon LLC is based in the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Upon termination of the service relationship or a valid deletion request, Rivon LLC will delete or return customer and seller data under its control unless retention is required by law, security investigation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforceable contractual obligations.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. Sellers and platform users may also request assistance with data access, correction, deletion, or portability requests where applicable. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

10. Children's Privacy

TK Copilot is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
